I got into CrossFit in 2017 and have never stopped training it. It’s helped me lose 15kg of Fat myself, as well as enriched my coaching approach so I can best serve you!
Before becoming a CrossFit Coach I trained to be an actor, so watch out for my performances in class!

Sophie joined our gym in 2017 after years of regular gym training with the purpose to learn olympic lifting skills.
After 4 years of dedicated traning with us she is now a qualifed Britsh Weightlifting Level 1 & 2 Coach.
Sophie has competed in numerous UK & international CrossFit competitions as an individual & team, sharing the same passion for health & fitness as all our other Coaches. With a qualification in sports nutrition, she is always on hand to give you advice on how to fuel your training with us!
CrossFit is the most fun, effective and social way to improve health and performance. It targets every aspect of fitness and allows anyone to become an athlete regardless of their starting point.
When I moved to a new city on my own, CrossFit was crucial in helping me form an active social life and gave me constant goals to work towards. I sometimes get accused of thinking about CrossFit too much!
If you don't see me at the CrossFit gym, you'll probably catch me on the dance floor practicing my salsa skills.
I want to coach people in CrossFit as i think it is an upwards spiral for everyone, the athlete improves their happiness and ability to perform and the coach improves their happiness and ability to coach, resulting in the creation of some absolute monsters 😈
I got into CrossFit through my brother constantly telling me to take it up. I always wanted to have a job in the fitness industry so one day i told him i wanted to be a games athlete and take up CrossFit (just to shut him up and with no intention of going to the games) after a few training sessions that fake goal of getting to the games became real.
