Our most common class that is well balanced for improving on all elements of fitness. You can expect to see gymnastics, weightlifting and cardio elements, trained individually and combined. Routine is the enemy here; each class is constantly varied and no two classes are ever the same, so your body will always continue to adapt and avoid plateaus.
The clue is in the name, this class is for the cardio junkies who want to get a serious sweat on, expect to see, rowing, biking, running, basic bodyweight and light weights to be featured in these long sessions. Excellent fat burner!
The cardio side of things completely retires in this class, here we focus on developing the technique of the Olympic lifting movements, snatch and clean & jerk. Squatting, pulling, pushing and core exercises are often present to increase strength and power, while mobility and flexibility work are added to enable you to get your body in the testing positions required for those technical Olympic lifts. These classes are run in 6-12-week progressive training blocks (can attend classes at any stage).
