Absolutely. Our classes are anyone and everyone, regardless of experience.


We also offer 1-1 Personal Training sessions which a lot of people benefit from when starting off.


Absolutely not. CrossFit is for absolutely everyone. No matter your experience level, we will make sure you can work out with us. Walk into anyone of our classes and you will see people from all walks of life working out. CrossFit is for everyone.


Your first session is just £5 and you can book it through the homepage.


Wear comfortable clothes, bring a bottle of water and get ready to have a tonne of fun!


We advise you to start off with 2/3 sessions a week, build it into your week and then go from there.


We will work with you to make sure you can stay active and moving. This is a collaborative process to make sure you are comfortable with everything you do whilst here.


Our membership is to our Coached classes. It allows you train as many times as you would like across the week.


We also offer 1-1 Personal Training services. We offer partnerships with nutrition coaching, online programs and there is a kids company offering Crossfit from our facility.


Members are welcome from 16 plus. Younger members are welcome if accompanied by a parent/guardian. 


You can also check out CFW Kids, a coaching service that offers kids classes from our facility.


Yes, we have a shower and bathrooms for changing.


Yes we offer a 10 class pack where you can purchase 10 sessions and save 25%.


We have a partnership with nutrition coaching company; 16 in 8 Nutrition to help you lose weight, add muscle or just perform!


Our cancellation policy is 30 days notice before billing the next billing cycle. A billing cycle is defined as a full months payment.
